The White Horse Southill is the perfect reception venue for those saying ‘I do’ in the Bedfordshire countryside.
Our delightful barn is made for Weddings.
With space for a dance floor, the option to have a commitment ceremony beforehand and its own private bar.
We can host beautiful sit down dinners for up to 100 guests, or provide buffets for up to 120.

If you’re planning a party for a special occasion, we’ll help you celebrate in style. The best party venue in the Biggleswade area.
Hire The Barn, the larger of our two function spaces, and you’ll be able to hire a DJ or band to set the soundtrack to your night. You can decorate the room too, and you’ll have the choice of a number of catering options including a special buffet menu that’s perfect for parties.
Smaller groups can be accommodated elsewhere too including our fabulous conservatory – just give us a call or drop us a line and we’ll get the party planning started.

Our barn and conservatory provide two sublime spaces for private dining at the White Horse in Southill, giving you the option to enjoy our delicious freshly prepared menu away from the buzz of the main0 bar.
The Barn can seat up to 100 guests and may be laid out in a number of configurations, perfect for a group of friends or a family and our conservatory can seat up to 75.
Full table service is available in both spaces – so you can simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful food and drink we bring your way.
Business Meetings
BUSINESS MEETINGS AT THE WHITE HORSE
Escape the office and enjoy your business get-togethers here at White Horse in Southill.
We can offer a separate building to for maximum privacy, complete with audio visual equipment.
Food and drink is of course on hand too with half day or day delegate rates offering exceptional value.
We’ll happily lay the room out to suit your requirements. Let us know if you’d prefer a U-shaped, classroom or theatre-style layout, and we’ll make sure everything’s taken care of before you arrive.
We also have plenty of space outside if you are looking to do any team building exercises.
